By incorporating the latest composite materials and glues we have increased structural strength and longevity whilst significantly reducing noise and vibration. Further safety features include anti-lock brakes, new alloy wheels, new deep tread tyres filled with Puncture Safe and an extremely low centre of gravity.

For longevity, we have used stainless steel wherever possible. We have designed our stainless steel partitions, ramps etc, to be safe, practical to use and just as stunning as the rest of the horsebox build and backed up with our comprehensive two year warranty. 

JTH Horseboxes Chassis

We take our reputation seriously and what sets us apart, is our obsession with quality and the little details. For this reason, we are very particular with chassis manufacturers and also the chassis quality we demand for our bespoke JTH horsebox range.

Whether it’s new or used, chassis choice has a large impact on the finished horsebox, it affects longevity, payload and even fuel consumption.

Further down the road as a used horsebox, a poor chassis choice at the manufacturing stage can greatly affect the used value of the horsebox. For this reason, our policy is to specialise in just a few reliable chassis manufacturers that we know inside out.

For our Aeos 4.5 tonne horseboxes, we use either the Citroën Relay, Peugeot Boxer or Fiat Ducato chassis, as all three are the same van platform.

Plus, for the Aeos 7.2 tonne horsebox, we are now offering the Iveco Daily chassis with an automatic gearbox.

All new chassis come with a full manufacturer warranty of 3 years
