The stunning Helios 7.5 tonne horsebox shape and size has been designed responsibly at the maximum length deemed capable of carrying (legally) the horses we stall for.
Benefits
This Helios model is spacious design with a large living area and two double beds (luton plus seating).
Based on the competent DAF LF 4.3 meter wheelbase chassis it retains an excellent turning circle, so is easy to drive. Through design, materials technology and innovation, we have manufactured the Helios to have the lowest load height possible. Throughout the whole range for added safety, this design feature eliminates sway and side wind rocking, giving greater stability and comfort for customer’s horses.
Other benefits include increased internal height, now a massive 2.50 metres (8’ 3”) in the living and horse area and an extremely low stainless steel ramp at just 0.81 metres (32”) that is almost the full width of the horse area. This allows the largest of horses to load and turn more easily. Our exclusive curved roof system flows into the bespoke Helios luton pod making the horsebox aerodynamic with reduced wind noise, vibration and fuel consumption.
Through design, innovation and materials technology we have manufactured a robust Helios 7.5 tonne horsebox that combines the perfect balance between functionality, aesthetic appeal and most important of all, a pleasing and comfortable environment for the horses that is safe on any length of journey.
Equipped with anti-lock brakes and the lowest possible centre of gravity, the safety-conscious Helios horsebox is the perfect all-rounder.
JTH ECO
The JTH ECO – Solar Lithium System features:
- Solar panel that generates up to 440 watts of power.
- Lithium battery bank for efficient energy storage.
- Inverter/charger that converts the stored energy into 230 volts.
This allows users to operate various mains appliances without the need for a hookup to the mains.
