New 4.5 tonne multipurpose horsebox
The Aeos Freedom 45 horsebox is the latest addition to the Aeos range and has evolved from the Aeos Hybrid, our best selling horsebox.
It is a horsebox that works equally well across many disciplines and this new model has been designed to offer a large payload and separate day living area with bed, whilst remaining compact in overall length.
Horse Safety and Comfort
This 4.5 tonne horsebox is stalled for two large horses (facing the rear) and benefits from adjustable air suspension, making the ride smooth, comfortable and safe.
Day Living
In essence it is a truly multipurpose horsebox that fits many needs. The living area has long seat, single bed, wardrobe, sink and hob plus two large overhead lockers. It has all the essentials for overnight stays including a portable toilet in a floor locker for emergencies and an auxiliary battery system with solar and engine charging.
Horse tack fits into a large external tack locker on the near side with an overhead door.

Driving Experience
Fuel consumption is highly economical and with significant reduction in road noise it is extremely quiet. Equipped with anti-lock brakes, new alloy wheels, new deep tread tyres filled with puncture safe and a very low centre of gravity; the safety-conscious Aeos Freedom 45 is the perfect horsebox for new and experienced drivers alike.
JTH ECO
The JTH ECO – Solar Lithium System features:
- Solar panel that generates up to 440 watts of power.
- Lithium battery bank for efficient energy storage.
- Inverter/charger that converts the stored energy into 230 volts.
This allows users to operate various mains appliances without the need for a hookup to the mains.
