For our Helios HGV horseboxes, customers requirements can vary dramatically, so each one is individually crafted to meet their exacting standards. The stunningly shaped design of the curved roof system flows into the Helios luton pod.
The Helios HGV horsebox range have been designed from the ground up to transport the largest of horses in superb comfort and safety.

Designed to look stunning whilst reducing fuel consumption and wind noise, our exclusive curved roof system sets it apart in any crowd. The curved roofline flows into the Helios Luton pod and gives a massive 8’ 6” of horse headroom.
Integral to this clever design feature is the full grooms bed above the toilet and shower area, this is achieved without spoiling the streamline shape or adding to the overall height of the Helios HGV horsebox.

For longevity we have use stainless steel wherever possible. We have designed our stainless steel partitions and ramps to be safe, practical to use and just as stunning as the rest of the horsebox build and backed up with our comprehensive two year warranty.

As each Helios HGV horsebox is a totally bespoke build, we set plenty of time aside for email questions followed by face to face design meetings. We pride ourselves on delivering bespoke horseboxes that fit our customers’ needs exactly.
Living with a compromise almost never works, so any time spent deciding living/horse area sizes and all the other choices, right up to how many slide out sides, is time very well spent. This is why our customers keep our horseboxes for a very long time.
