JTH is a completely separate company. While we have purchased the website, certain stock, equipment, and have access to the intellectual property and designs previously associated with KPH, we have not acquired the business itself. This means that JTH is not responsible for any warranties, after-sales packages, or commitments made by KPH Limited before its liquidation.

Support for Existing KPH Customers

We appreciate that many customers may still require servicing, repairs, or parts for their KPH-built horseboxes. While we cannot honour warranties or after-sales packages sold by KPH, including MOTs, servicing, and other pre-paid agreements, we want to assist where possible.

If you purchased a horsebox from KPH Limited on finance, please note that JTH has no involvement with any outstanding finance agreements. Customers should contact their finance provider directly for any queries regarding payments or terms.
